What is Cone Beam CT?

Cone beam computed tomography is 3D imaging specifically designed for dentistry. It produces a 3-dimensional image which, compared with a traditional flat radiograph, has far greater diagnostic capability. CBCT is also used in planning and placing of dental implants. Dr Ben integrates this 3D imaging with a CEREC 3D scan of patient’s teeth to achieve precise planning and placement of implants.
